What we do and do not offer here
We do not publish a cookie policy generator, and this page is not one. Saying so plainly is more useful than putting a form on the page and hoping you do not notice that the output is a template with your domain pasted into it.
What we do provide is the input any honest policy needs: the actual cookie table from a scan of your live site, with name, host, vendor, category and whether each one is set before or after consent. Export that, hand it to whoever drafts your policy, and the document describes your site rather than a generic one.
Why generated policies go stale
A generated policy is accurate on the day it is generated. Sites change weekly; policies change annually. Within a few months, the table in the document and the cookies on the site have diverged, and the document is the thing a regulator reads.
The maintenance problem is the real problem, and it is solved by re-scanning, not by regenerating text.
