ConsentProof is built and run by one person. There is no ticket system, no chat widget and no contact form to fill in — there is an email address, and Fuuqiu reads it.

That single address covers support, billing questions, refunds, data access and deletion requests, security reports, bug reports, feature ideas and press. Expect a reply within two business days; a refund or deletion request is usually answered the same day.
What to put in the email
- A failed or wrong scan — the result link. It contains everything we need, including the evidence we captured.
- Billing or refunds — write from the address on the account, so we can match it without asking you for anything else.
- Data access or deletion — write from the account address, or send the result link for an anonymous public scan.
- A security issue — the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
- A misclassified cookie or vendor — the result link and what it should have been. This is the fastest way to make the classification better for everyone.
