Questions

Do you replace our cookie banner?

No. We are deliberately independent — we test whichever CMP the client already uses, in a real browser, and report what actually fires before consent. That independence is the product: a vendor grading its own banner is not evidence.

How do you scan a site?

A clean headless browser with no prior consent visits the page, records every cookie and third-party request, then clicks the banner and repeats the capture. Both states are screenshotted and hashed with SHA-256 against an absolute UTC timestamp.

Can I put my own logo on reports?

Yes, on the Agency plan. Upload a logo, pick an accent colour, and the ConsentProof credit comes off the PDF. Agency also includes 5 team seats, and extra seats are $5/seat/mo.

What happens if I hit my site limit?

Nothing you already added stops being scanned — we never silently drop a client site. Adding sites beyond the limit is what waits for an upgrade, and the app tells you which ones did not fit rather than failing the whole paste.
