Where WordPress sites usually leak
Three recurring sources, in order: a tag added directly to a theme's header instead of through the consent-aware tag manager; an embedded video, map or font that a caching or optimisation plugin inlines before the banner script runs; and an analytics plugin with its own settings screen that never learned about the consent plugin next to it.
The scan shows first-seen timings, so a script that ran before the consent script is visible as an ordering problem rather than a mystery.

- Because a plugin can only block what it knows about. Anything injected by a theme, another plugin, or a tag manager that the consent plugin does not manage will fire regardless of what its dashboard reports.
