Run the homepage first to see the baseline, then run whichever page your marketing team most recently touched. If the two disagree, the fix is a tag manager change rather than a banner change.
What to do with a Fail
Look at the vendor column before the cookie names. Grouping by vendor usually reduces a scary list of fifteen findings to two or three tags that need to be gated.
Then fix the tag, not the banner. Re-scan afterwards; the result page link is stable, so you can send the before and after to whoever asked.
